Shipping, payment and returns


Shipping Policy

Once your order is successfully placed through our website, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging your purchase. Only orders that are fully processed and confirmed by our system will be shipped.

Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive a second email confirming that the order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Shipping times vary depending on the country of delivery, but most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs, delivery options, estimated delivery times, and courier details are displayed at the final step of checkout before you complete your order. Please note that shipping prices depend on the destination country, delivery method, and order size.

We offer an "Order Preview" option in certain countries. If you choose this option and refuse the item upon delivery, the cost of return and initial shipping will be charged to you. Additionally, if you fail to provide access or correct conditions for delivery, or do not pick up your parcel within the courier’s holding period, the order will be marked as cancelled. We reserve the right to decline future orders from users who do not comply with our delivery terms.

Payment Policy

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select countries and subject to local courier terms.

  • Credit/Debit Card – processed securely at checkout.

You agree to pay the total amount for your order as shown during the final step of the checkout process. This includes the price of the products ordered and the corresponding shipping cost. Prices are valid while stock lasts or until updated.

Return & Complaint Policy

You have the right to return a product or make a complaint within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, the product must:

  • Be in original, unused condition.

  • Include its original packaging, labeling, and any accessories.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

If the product qualifies, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item to your designated bank account within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note:
Returns are only accepted if the item is physically received by us. We do not refund items that are not returned.

Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable content, and personalized programs, these items are not eligible for return or refund.

Complaints

A complaint may be submitted if the product:

  • Has a manufacturing defect;

  • Arrives damaged or incomplete;

  • Is different from the item you ordered;

  • Is in incorrect quantity;

  • Has been damaged during transport.

To submit a complaint:

  1. Contact our support team using the "Complaint" button in the Customer Service section.

  2. Return the item in accordance with our return conditions.

If approved, you may:

  • Receive a refund;

  • Receive a replacement;

  • Choose another product of the same or higher value (with added payment, if applicable).

    Return Instructions

    To return an item (either due to cancellation, complaint, or exchange), please:

    1. Use a shipping service of your choice.

    2. Send the product to the return address provided in your shipment’s paperwork or contact us via the "Contact" section to confirm the return address.

    3. Cover both the return and original shipping costs, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
