I. SUBJECT

Art. 1.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sapphire Nutrition Ltd, UIC 207733740, with registered office at:
35 Zapaden District, Floor 5, Apt. 13, 4002 Plovdiv, Bulgaria
(hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER)
and the users/customers (hereinafter referred to as the CLIENTS or USERS) of the e-commerce platform https://drsapphire.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

II. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Art. 2.
https://drsapphire.eu is an international e-commerce platform that enables USERS to:

  • Review product details, usage instructions, prices, and delivery options.

  • Place orders with or without registration (via user profile or instant checkout).

  • Make electronic payments for goods and related services.

  • Receive updates on new product launches, promotions, and educational content.

  • Access their consumer rights in accordance with local and EU legislation.

By placing an order, the CLIENT agrees to:

  • Pay the total amount (product cost + delivery fee) as stated at checkout.

  • Provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

    III. PRICES, AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

    The SUPPLIER reserves the right to change product prices, availability, and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    Art. 4.

    1. If a product becomes unavailable, the CLIENT will be notified by email or phone.

    2. The CLIENT is responsible for keeping their contact and delivery information up to date.

    3. The SUPPLIER is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the CLIENT.

    Art. 5.
    While we strive for accuracy, the SUPPLIER is not liable for occasional typographical errors, outdated product descriptions, or incorrect images. We reserve the right to adjust content, prices, and design at any time.

    IV. ORDER FULFILLMENT

    Art. 6.
    Products are shipped by the SUPPLIER or authorized couriers, safely packaged according to their type. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

    Art. 7.
    The SUPPLIER is not responsible for comments, reviews, or other third-party content published under product listings.

    V. RETURNS & REFUNDS

    Art. 8.
    The CLIENT has the right to reject or return a product in the following cases:

    • The product clearly does not match the order (e.g. incorrect item).

    • The product is visibly damaged upon delivery.

    • A hidden defect or major inconsistency is identified within 48 hours of delivery.

    In these cases, the CLIENT must notify the SUPPLIER within 48 hours of receiving the item. The SUPPLIER will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.

    Art. 9.
    After receiving and paying for the goods, the CLIENT may submit a claim for a refund if a material hidden defect is identified within 48 hours of delivery.

    VI. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

    • By using https://drsapphire.eu, the CLIENT agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

    • The SUPPLIER operates in accordance with all EU consumer protection regulations, including product return rights, transparent pricing, and safe transactions.

    • These conditions are subject to updates. All changes will be published on the Website.

      VII. DELIVERY TIMES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      Art. 10.
      The SUPPLIER ships products internationally using trusted courier services. Shipping times may vary depending on the country of delivery and availability of the product.

      • Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

      • Delivery time:

        • Bulgaria: 1–2 business days

        • EU countries: 3–7 business days

        • Non-EU countries: 5–10 business days (depending on local customs and courier operations)

      Art. 11.
      The SUPPLIER is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, national holidays, courier service disruptions, or other force majeure events beyond their control.

      Art. 12.
      All products are shipped with appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit. If a product arrives damaged, the CLIENT must notify the SUPPLIER within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic proof, in order to request a replacement or refund.

      Art. 13.
      Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
      Currency is determined by the CLIENT's location, and all prices shown include VAT.
